IntelligentSwitchgear Complete Test Bench Power-on Test Bench PriceIntelligent Switchgear Complete Test Bench
Operation Instructions
Taking the verification of a single-phase AC voltmeter as an example:
1. Connect the input power supply AC380V
2. Connect the AC operating voltage output power cord to the voltmeter
3. Check and confirm the wiring is correct, then turn on the main power switch
4. Return the voltage regulator to zero, and press the "Close" button,
5. Then press the "Close" button for AC operating voltage on the panel
6. Slowly adjust the output adjustment knob to raise the voltage to the required value, and observe the voltmeter.
7. After the test, first press the "Open" button for AC operating voltage on the panel, then press the main "Open" button. Then, turn off the main power switch

Usage Instructions
1. Connect three-phase four-wire AC380V
2. Connect the output DC300V to the load
3. Turn the output adjustment knob counterclockwise to zero
4. Check and confirm the wiring is correct
5. Close the power switch
6. Slowly adjust the output adjustment knob to raise the voltage to a suitable value
7. After the test, first turn the output adjustment knob counterclockwise to zero, then turn off the power switch. Only after discharge is complete can you start disconnecting the wires
Function Description
1. Items 1 to 5 in the technical parameters are respectively controlled by independent contactors. Before the output wire binding posts, 10A and 20A air switches are connected in series as short-circuit protection. According to special user requirements, items 1 to 5 in the parameters can be closed simultaneously without interlocking. Please pay attention to the requirements during use.
Only one group of power outputs can work at a time.
2. Items 6 to 7 in the technical parameters are not controlled by contactors. As long as the main power switch is closed, single-phase AC220V output (fixed value) and three-phase AC380V output (fixed value) can be output.
3. The three-phase transfer switches K1, K2, and K3 respectively control the three-phase AC380V voltmeter, three-phase AC ammeter, and three-phase AC voltmeter on the panel.
