For many years, power cable operation and maintenance departments have performed cable piercing according to the requirements of Article 234 of industry standard DL409-91, using manual trial piercing of cables to be sawed. Once cable identification is incorrect, mistakenly piercing a live cable can cause great harm.
GHCZQ High Voltage Cable Piercing Device is a supporting product of the cable identification instrument. It is a safe remote-controlled piercing device used before sawing a specific cable after identifying multiple cables. It adopts non-contact control modes (remote control, wired automatic timing), completely solving the personal safety issues of manual cable piercing.
The piercing device consists of two main parts: the shooting device and the controller. The front and rear ends of the shooting device are connected as one unit by nut 3, and are securely fixed to the cable via a U-shaped clamp. Its structure is reasonable and lightweight, making installation and fixing extremely convenient, and it can be installed at any angle.
The controller adopts advanced digital control and electronic detection circuits, integrating real-person voice prompts and LCD display control, achieving human-machine dialogue. The panel design is clear and eye-catching, and operation is simple and convenient. The cable safety piercing device adopts two modes: remote control and wired timing. During operation, personnel do not directly contact the device, ensuring personal safety. It is powered by batteries, completely isolating the piercing device from the power system, ensuring power supply safety.
