Heating working principle of precision oil dielectric loss volume resistivity tester:
The precision oil dielectric loss volume resistivity tester adopts high-frequency induction furnace heating. After starting heating, the temperature control CPU issues a heating command and simultaneously collects the temperature value of the temperature sensor inside the oil cup. The heating adopts a combination of variable power control and PWM control. When the oil sample temperature is low, high-power heating is used, which helps shorten the heating time of the oil sample; when the temperature rises close to the preset temperature, a lower power PWM heating method is used, which is conducive to uniform heating of the oil sample.
High-frequency induction furnace heating avoids the uneven heating phenomenon of heating blocks.
Operation instructions and precautions for the precision oil dielectric loss volume resistivity tester:
a) Ground the grounding terminal of the instrument and connect AC220V power to the power inlet;
b) Open the box cover to take out the oil cup. When heating and testing dielectric loss, the box cover should be closed;
c) There is a measuring wire inside the box cover. Its core wire should be connected to the measuring electrode of the oil cup, and the shielding layer should be connected to the shielding electrode of the oil cup;
d) After starting heating, the oil cup will be at high temperature. If you need to take out the oil cup or other items, operate carefully to avoid burns;
e) After starting the test, the oil cup will carry high voltage. If you need to take out the oil cup, operate carefully to avoid electric shock;
f) The box cover has a cover-closing protection. When the cover is opened, heating and high voltage will be interrupted.
g) When transporting the instrument, the oil cup should be taken out and packaged separately to prevent it from falling out and being damaged.
