Oil Gas Chromatography Analyzer Keyboard Instructions:
The microcomputer control part of the special oil gas chromatography analyzer for transformer oil adopts a large-scale integrated circuit structure, greatly reducing the connectors of the circuit board, which is conducive to installation and maintenance. The system adopts advanced software and hardware technology, thus ensuring stable and reliable performance and excellent anti-interference capability.
The microcomputer controller performs high-precision temperature control on the chromatographic column chamber, vaporization chamber, conversion furnace, hydrogen flame and thermal conductivity detector, with gas cut-off protection, over-temperature protection, "0" degree protection and fault cause display. Power-off data protection (with memory function). Each controller adopts digital zero adjustment. Truly computerized.
Precautions for using the thermal conductivity detector of the oil gas chromatography analyzer:
When using the thermal conductivity detector, it must be remembered to turn on the carrier gas first and then start the machine to ensure that the rhenium-tungsten wire is not oxidized and damaged. The bridge current should not be set too large. When using nitrogen or argon as carrier gas, the bridge current should be 60mA-90mA. When using hydrogen or helium as carrier gas, the bridge current should be 60mA-180mA. The purity of the carrier gas should be above 99.99%. If the carrier gas is impure, the sensitivity will decrease, and the rhenium-tungsten wire is easily oxidized, leading to shortened lifespan. After replacing the chromatographic column, leak detection must be carried out to ensure airtightness, focusing on the column joint and the vaporization pad at the injection port.
