Product Introduction:
Single-phase Microcomputer Relay Protection Tester adopts single-chip microcomputer technology, consisting of an automatic synchronous digital millisecond meter, logic control unit, multi-function digital display unit, high-precision data acquisition and processing unit, current and voltage output unit, overload and over-range protection unit, etc. It comes with built-in printing and display, and the testing process is fully automatic, greatly improving measurement accuracy and work efficiency.
This single-phase relay protection tester also has the advantages of reliable performance, simple operation, and relatively complete functions, making it an ideal instrument for calibrating relay protection devices.
Instrument Functions:
1. This device can test various AC/DC, current, voltage, time, intermediate, self-holding, signal and other individual relays, as well as complete relay protection panels. It can test the pickup voltage (current) values of various relays, and the pickup and release times of various contacts (normally open, normally closed; changeover, delay). All tests are automatically performed three times and the data is stored, with the test results capable of being repeatedly displayed and printed.

3. Due to the diverse output power types, large capacity, and convenient control, this device can test various special-purpose relays, such as impulse relays and differential relays, with only a few external components.
4. This device is equipped with frequency and phase measurement functions, capable of measuring the frequency of current and voltage (displaying the time of one cycle, i.e., the period) and the phase difference (time) between two signals.
5. This device is equipped with two independent channels, both insulated from other outputs of the device, allowing convenient measurement of live contacts, meeting the requirements for online testing of relays with simple and safe wiring.
6. This device adopts an accurate timing reference (10 microseconds) and a counter up to 100 hours, so it can be used independently as an accurate millisecond meter to replace traditional stopwatches.
