Overview of the Single-Phase Microcomputer Relay Protection Tester:
The microcomputer relay protection calibration instrument is a new type of miniaturized microcomputer relay protection tester developed based on the "Technical Conditions for Microcomputer-Based Relay Protection Test Devices (Discussion Draft)" issued by the Ministry of Electric Power, extensively listening to user opinions, summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of similar domestic products, and fully utilizing modern advanced microelectronic technology and devices. It supports standalone operation or can be connected to a laptop for advanced functionality. The host is equipped with a new generation high-speed digital signal processor microcomputer, true 16-bit DAC module, new modular high-fidelity high-power amplifier, built-in large-screen LCD display, and a flexible and convenient rotary mouse controller. Standalone operation already offers strong functionality, capable of conducting most tests, while connecting to a computer provides even more powerful operational capabilities.
The three-phase microcomputer relay protection calibration device is an important testing tool to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the power system. With the rapid development of computer technology, microelectronics, and power electronics, applying new technological achievements to continuously introduce new high-performance relay protection test devices is an inevitable trend of technological progress. The three-phase relay protection calibration instrument is developed based on the "Technical Conditions for Microcomputer-Based Relay Protection Test Devices" issued by the former Ministry of Electric Power, carefully summarizing the development and production experience of previous generations of products, and adopting modern new digital technology, high-precision electronic components, microcomputer systems, and new circuits and structures.
