In the current new round of rural power grid renovation, the power supply radius of conductors should not be planned one-sidedly based on requirements (10KV line power supply radius not greater than 15km, 400V not greater than 0.5km). It should be reasonably selected by calculating the line current-carrying capacity (load current) and current density. For lines already in operation, regularly check whether the voltage deviation at the end of the line and the line power loss are within the limits specified by regulations (this must be determined through calculation). Therefore, before constructing or renovating overhead power lines and laying low-voltage underground lines, a comprehensive survey of the load should be conducted first. Based on the low-voltage load conditions, reasonably select the conductor cross-section, conductor type, and power supply radius. For lines exceeding the power supply radius, methods such as transferring load, shortening the power supply radius, increasing conductor cross-section, and installing reactive power compensation devices can be used to reduce line losses. On the SF6 gas purity analyzer, there are battery charging indicator lights and power indicator lights. Connect to AC220V for charging, and it has a built-in charger with overcharge and overdischarge protection. The detection component can quickly and accurately measure SF6 purity.
During the installation of lines, the number of conductor joints should be minimized as much as possible, because the contact resistance at joints is large, which increases energy loss after operation. Underground lines should avoid joints even more. If a joint is unavoidable, it should be properly insulated to prevent leakage.
Lines and equipment should be strengthened with inspection and maintenance during operation. For example, reduced insulation level of insulators may cause power loss, excessive dust on power supply facilities may cause leakage loss, and high-order harmonics in the power system can cause line losses. When high-order harmonic currents pass through transformers, they can significantly increase the core loss of the transformer, causing overheating and reduced efficiency. The interference of high-order harmonics can also cause false tripping of power supply air switches, leading to power outages and seriously affecting the normal operation of electrical equipment. At the same time, high-order harmonics also generate interference signals to communication equipment. Through inspection and maintenance, the number of fault trips can be reduced, thereby achieving more power supply and less loss.
