Precautions and working status of degassing oscillator:
I. Precautions for degassing oscillator
1. Install the instrument on a level and sturdy work platform;
2. Do not install it in a room with corrosive gases;
3. Do not place the instrument in a place with high humidity;
4. Indoor temperature should be between 10 and 35°C.
II. Working status of the degassing oscillator is as follows:
① When oscillating for degassing of dissolved gases in oil, after 20 minutes of oscillation, the instrument stops oscillating, stands for 10 minutes, and then automatically alarms.
② When oscillating for determination of water-soluble acid in oil, the instrument enters the oscillation working state, and automatically stops oscillating and alarms after 5 minutes.
③ When oscillating for other physical and chemical experiments, the temperature, oscillation and standing time can be set arbitrarily. The instrument will oscillate or stand according to the set time, and alarm when the work is completed.
