SK-302B On-load Tap Changer AC Characteristic Tester

Detailed Product Introduction;

I. Product Overview

The SK-302B uses single-phase 220V power supply as the working power, converts the single-phase power into a three-phase AC 800V (RMS) standard test power supply, and sends it to the transformer under test. Through high-precision sensors, the output test current, voltage, and phase angle are collected at high speed and transmitted to the information processing module. The information processing module compares this information with its own real-time updated basic information, captures the transient points of the test system, stores the information within a certain range before and after into the recording card, and displays partial waveforms on the LCD screen for test personnel to diagnose. The AC test device provides intelligent analysis functions, automatically calculates the time parameters during the switch switching process, and can generate HTML format report documents online.

The SK-302B applies modern computer technology and high-speed information acquisition and processing technology to the AC test of the operating characteristics of transformer on-load tap changers. It can accurately capture the transient points generated during the switch action process, record test data, and perform comparative analysis. The software of this device provides engineering and technical personnel with data refinement analysis functions, accurately determining the working status of each switch contact during the 40ms to 60ms switch switching process, discovering hidden defects such as broken transition resistors, poor contact of contacts, and transition resistor bridging time exceeding the requirements of regulations, preventing large power equipment burn-out accidents. For switches with abnormal action characteristic waveforms, the AC test device can perform switch action characteristic tests under externally connected high-voltage simulated operating conditions to assist in diagnosing the nature of switch defects.

The SK-302B can be applied to AC testing of the operating characteristics of on-load tap changers in various connection groups, three-phase, and single-phase transformers from 10kV to 500kV. It accurately captures the current and voltage changes before and after the transient points during the switch switching process. For suspected switches, it can perform single-phase high-voltage simulation of the actual operating state of the transformer for tap changer testing under externally applied power supply. The device comes with a high-performance data analysis system, which is convenient for engineering and technical personnel to process on-site according to engineering needs, and can export backups for later analysis.

The SK-302B adopts an embedded system development, with stable performance. The 7-inch capacitive touch screen and shortcut keys work together, making on-site operation simple and fast. Test reports can be generated directly on-site, and the USB interface can connect to external mobile storage devices for data import and export, facilitating user backup and import analysis.
