Second Solution to Common Problems with DC Resistance Testers
Common problem: DC resistance tester shows a distorted screen during testing.
Solution: DC resistance tester showing a distorted screen is most likely due to poor contact of the internal ribbon cable.
Turn off the device and check if the ribbon cable is loose; securing it can solve the problem. Another possibility is that electromagnetic interference causes abnormal screen display.
If this is the cause, simply add a filter capacitor to Yangzhou Jintong Electric. Besides quality issues of the device itself, improper operation and storage methods can also cause damage. During use, avoid contact with high-temperature objects on the LED screen, and check if the input interface clamps are normal before testing.
Additionally, keeping the device dry and clean is an effective way to extend its lifespan. Furthermore, for special requirements of precise measurement, it is recommended to calibrate the device once a year to ensure the accuracy and stability of measurement values.
