After setting the primary output current, click on Automatic Test, select Confirm, and the test begins. The instrument will automatically increase the current according to the set value. After the test stops, it will automatically calculate the ratio, angle difference, ratio error, and polarity. The error test current increase is based on the rated primary values in the parameter settings: 1%, 5%, 20%, 100%, 120%, and displays the angle difference and ratio error results.
On the main menu interface, rotate the mouse to move the cursor to the PT Test option, press the rotary mouse to select PT Volt-ampere to enter the volt-ampere characteristic test setting interface. Move the cursor to Return to Previous Level, press the mouse to return to the main menu.
After connecting the wires, select Secondary Load, set the rated secondary, then select Confirm. The instrument will automatically calculate the impedance and load. Rotate the mouse to move the cursor to the PT Test option, press the rotary mouse to select PT Ratio to enter the ratio and polarity test setting interface. Move the cursor to Return to Previous Level, press the mouse to return to the main menu.
Add a standard current (0-15A) to the K1 and K2 terminals on the panel, and observe whether the added current is consistent with the display on the instrument. After the test, click the mouse to stop the test. After setting the output voltage, click this item, and the instrument will automatically increase the voltage to the set value and maintain it. At this time, you can use a high-precision meter to measure whether the voltage at the "AC Voltage Output" port on the instrument panel is the same as displayed on the instrument. After the test, click the mouse to stop the test.
Save: Store the current test data. Click and select Confirm.
Print: Click to print the test results.
The automatic test of the transformer tester is relatively simple. The key is to set the parameters correctly. Once the parameters are set, the subsequent test work will proceed smoothly.
