What are the main aspects of transformer intelligence?

 1) Digitization of conventional signals in the control cabinet; both renovated and new stations must adopt this.

   2) Oil chromatography analysis; detection and analysis of gases and moisture in oil. New stations adopt this, but it is not easy for renovated stations if no interface was reserved.

   3) Fiber optic temperature measurement; measurement of winding hot spot temperature. Recommended for new stations, not for renovated stations.

   4) Partial discharge measurement; the pulse current method is a traditional measurement method. The very high frequency method requires placing sensors inside the transformer and is recommended, with ultrasonic positioning as a complement.

   5) Core grounding current detection; easy to implement and necessary.

   6) Bushing detection; monitoring capacitance and dielectric loss. For new stations, if optical PT has no phase angle error, pure fiber optic PT and CT are recommended.

   7) Acoustic fingerprint measurement device; place sound sensors on the outer wall of the oil tank to measure sounds from winding and core vibration, thereby determining fault types. Since the technology is not yet mature, it is recommended to reserve an interface in the background analysis for future integration when the technology matures.

   8) Nitrogen injection fire extinguishing; not recommended but can be used as a demonstration project.
