Analysis of the Working Principle of Automatic Interface Tensiometer:
The working principle adopted by the automatic interface tensiometer is to apply the high-frequency induction micro-displacement automatic balance measurement system to the torsion balance. That is, when the force acting on the platinum ring changes, the balance bar connected to the platinum ring displaces between two eddy current probes, causing the inductance in the two eddy current probes to change. This causes the differential transformer to lose balance, and consequently, the input signal of the differential amplifier in the circuit also loses balance. After amplification, the amplifier outputs an electrical signal that changes with the force on the platinum ring. This signal is sent to the microprocessor for processing, and the actual tension of the tested sample is automatically calculated according to the international standard GB6541.
