Purpose:
The series impulse voltage generator is mainly used for lightning impulse voltage full wave, lightning impulse voltage chopped wave, switching impulse voltage wave and steep wave impulse voltage tests on power equipment such as power transformers, instrument transformers, combined electrical composite insulators, arresters, etc., to verify insulation performance.
Performance:
The 1200kV/2400kV and 4800kV series impulse voltage generators can produce three types of impulse waveforms: standard lightning full wave, switching wave, and lightning chopped wave. The 1200kV series impulse voltage generator can produce eight types of impulse voltage waveforms: standard lightning wave, switching wave, lightning chopped wave, oscillating lightning wave, oscillating switching wave, line insulator steep wave, composite insulator steep wave, and transformer induced switching wave. The technical indicators comply with national standards and IEC standards, have passed ministerial appraisal, and the main technical performance is at the leading domestic level, reaching the advanced level of similar international products.
Features:
1. The complete set of equipment is fully configured with a complete range of voltage levels;
2. The impulse voltage generator has low loop inductance and adopts band-stop filtering measures, enabling it to produce standard impulse voltage waveforms even under large capacitive loads. It has large load capacity, is the first of its kind in China, and is used in scientific research and enterprise units;3. High voltage utilization coefficient, with lightning wave and switching wave not less than 90% and 80% respectively;
4. The impulse body has a compact structure, beautiful appearance, convenient wave adjustment, simple operation, good synchronization performance, and reliable action;
5. Adopts thyristor or LC constant current charging automatic control technology, with high automation and strong anti-interference capability;
6. The chopping delay adopts an electronic adjustable delay circuit with L&C delay mode;
7. Computer-controlled measurement (fiber optic) system.
