The DRJB860 six-phase microcomputer relay protection tester is a portable testing device used for commissioning and verification of power system relay protection devices. The instrument adopts microcomputer control technology and can output six-phase voltage and six-phase current. It is suitable for scenarios such as power plants, substations, power maintenance companies, and research institutes, performing functional testing and characteristic verification on various relay protection devices.
The instrument supports two modes: manual testing and automatic testing. In manual mode, users can independently adjust the amplitude, frequency, and phase of each phase voltage and current. In automatic mode, it can complete setting verification and operation time measurement for common protection types such as distance protection, differential protection, overcurrent protection, and zero-sequence protection according to preset test schemes. The device has built-in multiple protection test templates, facilitating quick routine verification work.
AC voltage output: six-phase, each phase 0–120V, output power not less than 30VA; AC current output: six-phase, each phase 0–30A, output power not less than 300VA. Voltage and current output accuracy is class 0.2. Frequency range: 0–1000Hz, resolution 0.001Hz. Phase range: 0–360°, resolution 0.01°. Binary input: 8 channels, capable of receiving dry contacts or potential contacts; binary output: 4 channels, contact capacity DC220V/0.5A. The device is equipped with USB and Ethernet interfaces, supporting online operation with host computer software. Power supply: AC220V±10%, 50Hz. Operating ambient temperature: -10℃–+50℃, relative humidity ≤90%.
The tester can be used in the following occasions: handover tests of relay protection devices after new construction or renovation of substations; periodic verification of electrical protection systems in power plants; maintenance and repair of line protection, transformer protection, busbar protection and other devices by power maintenance departments; and demonstrations and practical operations in relay protection-related teaching and training. The instrument adopts a portable chassis design, facilitating on-site mobile use.
Before use, please read the product manual carefully to ensure correct wiring and reliable grounding. During testing, relevant power safety regulations should be observed, and operation should be performed by personnel with appropriate qualifications. The instrument should be stored in a dry, ventilated environment free of corrosive gases, and calibrated regularly to maintain measurement accuracy.
