HT-Microcomputer B Relay Protection Tester is a portable testing device used for commissioning and calibration of relay protection devices in power systems. The instrument adopts microprocessor control and features multiple voltage and current output functions, capable of testing various relays, protection devices, and automation equipment. It is suitable for relay protection calibration work in industries such as electric power, petrochemical, metallurgy, and rail transit.
The instrument supports manual and automatic test modes, and can output three-phase voltage and three-phase current (or six-phase current configuration), meeting the testing needs of conventional relays and microcomputer protection devices. It features harmonic superposition, adjustable frequency, and flexible phase settings, and can simulate various fault states. Built-in binary input measurement and binary output interfaces facilitate complete set linkage tests of protection devices.
AC voltage output: 0~120V/phase, output power approximately 30VA/phase; AC current output: 0~30A/phase (three-phase), or 0~15A/phase (six-phase), output power approximately 200VA/phase; DC voltage output: 0~150V; DC current output: 0~20A. Frequency range: 0~1000Hz, resolution 0.001Hz. Phase range: 0~360°, resolution 0.1°. Binary inputs: 8 channels, dry contact or potential contact; binary outputs: 4 channels, dry contact. Power supply: AC 220V±10%, 50Hz. Dimensions approximately 400mm×300mm×200mm, weight approximately 15kg.
This tester is suitable for periodic calibration of relay protection devices, commissioning of new equipment, and performance verification after faults in power plants, substations, distribution rooms, and other locations. It can test electromagnetic, static, and microcomputer-based relays, and can also perform setting calibration and logic tests on line protection, transformer protection, busbar protection, and other devices. The instrument has a simple operation interface, making it convenient for on-site technical personnel to quickly complete testing tasks.
Please read the manual carefully before use to ensure correct wiring. During testing, be careful not to short-circuit the output terminals and avoid overload. The instrument should be stored in a dry and ventilated place, avoiding severe vibration. Perform functional checks regularly to ensure testing accuracy.
