Six-Phase Microcomputer Relay Protection Device is a device that uses a high-speed DSP digital signal processor as its core, employs dual 12-bit DACs, and utilizes full-fidelity high-performance linear amplifiers, ensuring high output precision and good waveform, with stable performance. It can conveniently test automatic bus transfer devices and microcomputer differential protection devices, and is targeted at various relay calibration procedures. The powerful functional testing software provides a complete set of automatic testing programs for microcomputer protection and automatic devices, offering multiple calibration and search methods: line protection, differential protection, impedance protection, under-frequency, synchronization, automatic bus transfer, etc. Various fault simulation programs can realistically simulate and replay actual faults, transient processes, system oscillations, and reclosing action behaviors on site.
The six-phase relay protection test instrument is divided into two circuits: the main circuit and the auxiliary circuit. The main circuit is adjusted with a large knob, while the auxiliary circuit is adjusted with a small knob. The main circuit controls its various output quantities through the "Output Selection" key switch on the panel, and each time a different output is switched, the digital voltage/current meter on the instrument automatically monitors the output value. The auxiliary circuit directly adjusts the output through the output switch control, and an external multimeter can be attached for measurement.
Main Circuit Principle
The input AC220V power supply enters the dual carbon brush voltage regulator T1 input terminal through the fuse and output control relay K1. The quantity adjusted by the T1 large knob enters the isolation transformer T2 (also serving as a current booster). The current booster has three tap outputs. One tap outputs AC0-250V with a rated current of 3A; after rectification and filtering, this tap can output 0-350V DC voltage. The second tap is 15V (10A). One path of this tap outputs 0-10A AC current through the sensor and relay control, another path outputs 0-500mA AC current through a resistor, and another path can output 0-10A or 0-500mA DC current through relay conversion. The third tap is the 10V (100A) high-current terminal. This tap passes through the primary side of the sensor and directly outputs 100A current. This circuit has strong load capacity, but the output is slightly overloaded and cannot remain in a high-current state for a long time. Thermal relay calibrator
Auxiliary Circuit Principle
The auxiliary circuit of the relay protection test instrument is similar to the main circuit. The AC220V power supply enters the dual carbon brush voltage regulator T1 through the fuse, and the voltage adjusted by the small knob passes through the isolation transformer T4 to directly output 0-20V or 0-250V AC voltage or 0-350V DC voltage. The rated current of this circuit is 1A. Press the "Output Control" switch of the auxiliary circuit and adjust the small knob to output.
Measurement Circuit Principle
The main circuit output quantities adjusted by the large knob, including AC "0-250V", "0-500mA", "0-10A", "0-100A", and DC "0-350V", "0-500mA", "0-10A", are converted through relays on the internal circuit board. Each time a gear is switched, the corresponding output quantity can be monitored. Among them, the "0-500mA" gear is included in the "0-10A" gear. When in use, "0-500mA" monitoring is available below "0-10A".
Time Measurement Principle
The device is equipped with a built-in 6-digit digital stopwatch. The electric stopwatch can be started internally or externally. For internal start, press the "Output Control" switch to start the stopwatch, and short-circuit the stop terminals on the device panel to stop it. The stopwatch has a separate power switch and can be turned off when not in use.
Sound and Light Indication Principle
The circuit device is equipped with a built-in sound and light indication circuit. When the contacts of the relay under test operate, the contacts can be connected to the sound and light indication jack of the test box, and the test box will emit an alarm sound or light to indicate the contact operation of the relay.
Main Features of the Instrument:
1. Simultaneous output of six-phase current and six-phase voltage.
2. Convenient testing of automatic bus transfer devices and microcomputer differential protection devices.
3. Can calibrate various relays, protection and safety automatic devices on site, and simulate various complex transient and conversion faults for complete group testing. It can save test data in real time, display vector diagrams, draw various characteristic curves, and print reports online.
4. Uses USB2.0 interface to connect with PC, no need for any conversion cables, easy to use.
