Three-Phase Relay Protection Test Set is a new product of our company. Based on the "Technical Conditions for Microcomputer Relay Protection Test Devices" issued by the former Ministry of Electric Power, it extensively listens to user opinions, carefully summarizes the development and production experience of previous generations of products, and adopts modern latest digital technology, high-precision electronic components, microcomputer systems, and new circuits and structures. It can independently complete device testing in professional fields such as microcomputer protection, relay protection, excitation, metering, and fault recording, and is widely used in scientific research, production, and electrical test sites in industries such as electric power, petrochemical, metallurgy, railway, and aviation.

  Standard 4-phase voltage and 3-phase current output: With 4-phase voltage and 3-phase current output, it can conveniently perform various combined outputs for various types of protection tests. Each phase voltage can output 120V, and the three-phase current can output 120A in parallel. The 4th phase voltage Ux is a multifunctional voltage item, which can be set to 4 types of 3U0 or synchronization check voltage, or output any arbitrary voltage value.

  Convenient single-unit operation: The single unit is operated by a flexible rotating mouse through a large-screen LCD display, with all Chinese display. It can complete most on-site test and verification work, verify various relays and microcomputer protection, and simulate various complex transient, permanent, and conversion faults for whole-set tests. It can be used immediately after power-on, with convenient and fast operation.

  Dual operation modes, connected to computer: Through the full set of Chinese operation software on the Windows platform, it can perform various large-scale, complex, and more automated verification work, conveniently test and scan various protection settings, store test data in real-time, display vector diagrams, draw fault waveforms, and print reports online.

  Powerful software functions: It can complete various large-scale and complex verification work with high automation, such as three-phase differential test, auxiliary power fast switching, backup power automatic switching test, line protection synchronization check and reclosing, etc. It can conveniently test and scan various protection settings, perform fault replay, store test data in real-time, display vector diagrams, and print reports online.

  Rich switch quantity contacts: 7 contact inputs and 2 pairs of empty contact outputs. The input contacts are compatible with empty contacts and 0~250V potential contacts, and can be intelligently and automatically identified. Input and output contacts can be expanded according to user needs.

  Large-screen TFT display: This machine adopts an 800×600 dot matrix large-screen TFT high-resolution true color LCD display. All operation processes are set on the display screen, and the operation interface and test results are displayed in Chinese, with intuitive and clear display.
