The host adopts a high-speed high-performance embedded microcomputer system equipped with CPLD, featuring fast response speed and wide transmission bandwidth. It can generate a high-density fitted sine wave with 500 points per cycle for the fundamental wave, producing smooth output waveforms without harmonic components. Due to the large number of output points and precise filtering circuits, the waveform distortion is extremely small. Even for the 9th harmonic at 450Hz, it can achieve a high density of 55 points per cycle. The software has strong human-machine interaction and online help functions, allowing control over any test parameter.
2. Simultaneous output of 12 channels of D/A in a single unit
It uses a 16-bit high-precision DAC chip to ensure high waveform fitting accuracy and good linearity. It can output 12 analog signals simultaneously, meeting comprehensive testing requirements for transformer protection, standby power supply automatic switching, and more.
3. High-precision linear power amplifier, simultaneously outputting 6-phase voltage and 6-phase current
The carefully designed voltage and current amplifiers achieve shared AC/DC functionality, and the output stage adopts unique high-precision ultra-linear amplification technology. With high accuracy and reliability, it simultaneously outputs 6-phase AC voltage and 6-phase AC current. Each phase of AC voltage can output up to 130V, 70VA, and the total AC current output can reach 180A. DC voltage output can reach 300V, 130VA.
4. Large-screen LCD, complete interfaces, integrated single-unit structure
This unit adopts a 640×480 dot matrix 8.0-inch large-screen high-resolution graphic LCD. The operation interface and test results are displayed in Chinese, and all operation processes are set on the display screen, providing clear and intuitive display.
The device can be operated with its own keyboard, and also provides external keyboard/mouse ports. It also offers 2 USB ports and 2 RS232 ports for communication with external computers and other devices. It only requires AC 220V power and can work immediately after power-on. It is portable and very suitable for mobile testing and field work.
5. Auxiliary DC source (optional)
This unit can be optionally equipped with two independent DC power supplies: one 110VDC/1.0A and the other 220VDC/0.6A, which automatically output simultaneously upon power-on. They can be used as protection power supplies without software settings or adjustments.
6. Intelligent self-protection
It adopts a designed heat dissipation structure to ensure good ventilation. It can simultaneously detect overcurrent, overvoltage, overload, short circuit, excessive temperature, data anomalies, and other conditions that may endanger the device itself. Even operational errors will not damage the device. Additionally, when dangerous signals such as external voltage enter the tester through terminals, the device's alarm indicator turns red and automatically cuts off the power amplifier.
7. Rich contacts and powerful software functions
This device has eight switch inputs (A B C R a b c r) and four switch outputs. The input contacts are compatible with both dry contacts and 0-250V potential contacts, and can be intelligently identified. The device is operated via 23 keys on the panel through the large-screen LCD, with all interfaces displayed in Chinese. It can complete calibration work for most on-site tests.
The device can be placed horizontally or vertically, and can be operated offline or with an external PC. Test results can be automatically organized and recorded into test reports for future reference. They can also be saved directly to a USB drive and conveniently transferred to an external PC for editing, printing, and other processing. Software upgrades are simple and fast, directly via USB drive or downloaded from an external PC, without any hardware changes.
The software has powerful auxiliary calculation functions, automatically calculating positive, negative, and zero sequence voltages and currents, as well as primary and secondary active power, reactive power, and power factor.
The 6-phase voltage and 6-phase current outputs can be used for dual-group tests of standby power supply automatic switching and three-phase differential tests of transformers, with very simple wiring.
