Features of HRY2-220V/4KW Sheathed Tubular Electric Heater:



1. This electric heater consists of a heating core and a protective sleeve. The heating core uses tubular electric heating elements as the heat source, and the protective sleeve is made of thin stainless steel, which has a large heat dissipation area and fast heat transfer. The wiring terminal device part is divided into ordinary type (using iron drawn cup-shaped cover) and special type (using bolted flameproof device cover sealed), and the special type meets the requirements of explosion-proof mark dIICT4 and protection level IP65 series standards.



2. The electric heater is connected to the oil tank container body by flange. The HRY2 sheathed electric heater isolates the heating core from the heated oil. When maintaining the electric heater, it is not necessary to drain the oil in the tank; only need to pull out the heating core and replace it with a new one, making maintenance convenient.



3. When designing the HRY2 sheathed electric heater, the contact area between the protective sleeve and the heated oil should be considered to prevent local carbonization of the oil due to excessive heating temperature. This type of heater is only suitable for heating heat transfer oil or oils with good heat reception effect and media.
