Product Introduction
YTC401Single-phase Microcomputer Relay Protection Tester adopts single-chip microcomputer technology, and is composed of automatic synchronous digital millisecond meter, logic control unit, multi-function digital display unit, high-precision data acquisition and processing unit, current and voltage output unit, overload and over-range protection unit, etc. It comes with printing and display, and the test process is fully automatic, greatly improving measurement accuracy and work efficiency.
This single-phase relay protection tester also has the advantages of reliable performance, simple operation, and relatively complete functions. It is an ideal instrument for calibrating relay protection devices.
Instrument Functions:
1. This instrument can test various AC/DC, current, voltage, time, intermediate, self-holding, signal and other single relays and complete sets of relay protection panels. It can test the pickup voltage (current) value of various relays, and the pickup time and release time of various contacts (normally open, normally closed; changeover, delay). It automatically tests three times and stores the data, and can repeatedly display and print the test results.
2. This instrument can conveniently test various parameters of the reclosing relay.
3. Because this instrument has many types of output power, large capacity, and convenient control, it can test a variety of special relays with a few external components, such as impulse relays, differential relays, etc.
4. This instrument is equipped with frequency and phase measurement functions, which can measure the frequency of current and voltage (displaying the time of one cycle, i.e., the period) and the phase difference (time) between two signals.
5. This instrument has two independent channels, which are insulated from other outputs of the instrument, and can conveniently measure live contacts, meeting the online testing of relays. The wiring is simple and safe.
6. This instrument adopts an accurate timing reference (10 microseconds) and a counter up to 100 hours, so it can be used alone as anaccuratemillisecond meter to replace the traditional stopwatch.

Because this instrument adopts microcomputer control, only 16 touch switches on the panel can conveniently complete various test functions, changing the drawbacks of old relay protection testers that require turning off the power and switching multiple switches to change the power type. The operation is simple. This instrument also has self-test and error reporting functions, greatly facilitating inspection and maintenance.
2. This instrument has self-test and self-protection functions. After power-on, the instrument immediately performs self-test. In case of overload and over-range, the protection circuit will quickly cut off the output and issue audible and visual alarms, greatly reducing unnecessary losses caused by misoperation.
3. This instrument has a high degree of intelligence. Just press one key to measure all parameters of a general relay and automatically print all data, freeing you from tedious test operations.
4. The display screen of this instrument has a function display unit, from which the working status of the instrument can be clearly reflected.
5. The data printed by this instrument is all in Chinese, such as "pickup voltage", "release voltage", "normally open pickup time", etc.
6. When measuring AC "live contacts", this instrument uses a microcomputer to determine whether it is AC zero crossing or contact action through a special circuit, making the test accurate and error-free.
