Personnel undergoing re-examination are not eligible for the subsidy. There are two ways to apply for the subsidy. Training institutions collect copies of personal ID cards and personal bank card copies on behalf of the applicants. After passing the examination and obtaining the certificate, the Municipal Emergency Management Bureau will issue the corresponding subsidy. For enterprises that organize centralized participation in training, the subsidy distribution procedure follows the previous "enterprise centralized application" policy.
