ZSJF-9000D High Voltage Switchgear Partial Discharge Tester Manufacturer
Functional Features
1. Uses ultrasonic and transient earth voltage (TEV) to detect the magnitude of partial discharge in high voltage switchgear, with units in dBmV. Combines contact measurement and non-contact measurement (handheld ultrasonic receiving antenna) to enable qualitative, quantitative, and location analysis.
2. Easy to use, compact, and lightweight, making it portable.
3. No power outage required during testing.
4. Color LCD screen provides a more user-friendly and intuitive display.
5. Two measurement sensors: ultrasonic and TEV sensors can verify and complement each other. Different discharge modes in high voltage switchgear may be better detected by either ultrasonic or TEV sensors.
6. Use the TEV contact measurement mode to measure and record data for each switchgear cabinet. For cabinets with discharge, store data, waveforms, and generate reports, thereby locating, quantifying, and qualifying the partial discharge points emitting TEV signals.
7. Then connect the handheld antenna to the main unit and perform non-contact ultrasonic scanning of the entire switchgear. After locating the discharge points, use the ultrasonic contact measurement mode to obtain data and waveforms for storage. This allows for locating, quantifying, and qualifying the partial discharge points emitting ultrasonic signals. It is simple to use and more efficient than similar foreign products.
8. The yellow, green, and red three-level warning values, along with ultrasonic and TEV waveforms, are displayed on the same screen for convenience and intuitiveness. TEV is measured directly on the cabinet body, eliminating the need to compare with background values on the grounding iron plate, making it more advanced than similar domestic and international equipment.
