Microcomputer Relay Protection Test Set
The simulated circuit breaker is used in the complete group test of relay protection devices or panels in power systems. It simulates the tripping and closing action behavior of high-voltage circuit breakers to complete the tripping and closing tests of relay protection. It is usually used in conjunction with microcomputer-based relay protection test devices, and can also be used with other conventional test equipment. It serves only as a simulation of the high-voltage circuit breaker operating circuit, and the simulated circuit breaker operating circuit behaves the same as a real high-voltage circuit breaker.
Functional Features
1. Operating voltage automatically adapts to AC/DC 110V and 220V.
2. Trip and close currents selectable: AC/DC 4A/2A/1A/0.5A/0.25A.
3. Single-phase or three-phase trip/close operation, with auxiliary contact outputs for each phase.
4. Trip time selectable: 20/30/40/50/60/70ms; close time selectable: 80/100/150/200/250/300ms.
5. Internal auxiliary test circuit allows precise measurement of the time from protection device operation to simulated circuit breaker operation using a millisecond meter.
6. Self-protection function ensures the device is not damaged under any circumstances.
7. Optional model with auxiliary DC power output (CBS-6E) can output 0-250V/4A DC voltage for testing without external DC power supply.
8. Panel-mount structure (CBS-6P) is available to form a simulation system.
