1. First, insert the tester's power cord into an AC220V power socket, turn on the host power, the industrial computer starts the Windows XP operating system, and after startup, the host automatically enters the main interface of the tester software.
2. Then turn on the power amplifier power switch, connect the current and voltage circuits, and if necessary, also connect the binary inputs, and select the corresponding software module for testing.
Precautions:
① When connecting the current circuit, there may be a spark phenomenon, which is normal and need not be worried. There is a DC voltage of about 20V in the current circuit. When the circuit is short-circuited, this voltage automatically disappears. If you want to avoid the spark phenomenon, you can turn off the power amplifier power switch, then connect the wires of the current circuit, and after connecting, turn on the power amplifier power switch again, so as to avoid the spark phenomenon.
② Check whether the wiring is correct. When the current open circuit indicator light turns red, it indicates that the wiring of that phase current circuit is incorrect; when the voltage short circuit indicator light turns red, it indicates that the wiring of that phase voltage circuit is incorrect. The voltage short circuit indicator light cannot recover by itself. After the voltage circuit fault is eliminated, turn off the power amplifier power, pause for 20 seconds, then turn on the power amplifier power again. At this time, if the voltage short circuit light does not turn red, it indicates that the wiring is correct.
