SC902 Microcomputer Relay Protection Test Set

1.1 Main Technical Features

The main features of the microcomputer-based relay protection test set are as follows:

l Classic Windows XP operating interface, user-friendly, simple and fast operation. To facilitate user use, a large number of keyboard shortcuts are defined, making operation "one-key to the point";

l High-performance embedded industrial control computer and 8.4" large-screen high-resolution color TFT LCD display, providing rich and intuitive information, including the current working status of the device, next-step work prompts, and various help information;

l Equipped with an ultra-thin industrial keyboard and optical mouse, all operations can be completed via keyboard or mouse just like operating a regular PC;

l Equipped with external USB interface for convenient data storage and software maintenance;

l All test items can be completed without external devices, automatically displaying and recording test data, and drawing vector diagrams and characteristic curves;

l Uses high-performance D/A converter, producing high-precision waveforms with good linearity, and excellent transient response and amplitude-frequency characteristics. Waveform accuracy and other indicators are guaranteed throughout the entire measurement range;

l Uses a unique algorithm to generate waveforms, completely different from curve-fitting waveform generation methods, ensuring the signal is a pure sine wave;

l Can directly output AC voltage, AC current, DC voltage, DC current, with adjustable amplitude, phase, frequency, and 2 to 20 harmonics;

l The power amplifier section uses a new type of high-power, high-fidelity linear power amplifier circuit, with large output power and low ripple interference. Each phase voltage can output 120V, and current can output 40A. When the output current reaches 40A, the output power can reach more than 450VA per phase, and the waveform remains undistorted and unclipped;

l In addition to the traditional Ua, Ub, Uc, Ia, Ib, Ic, there is also a fourth voltage Ux output. Ux can be used for multiple functions, such as outputting various 3Uo, or outputting the synchronization voltage for line protection tests, etc.;

l Has 8 binary inputs and 4 pairs of dry contact outputs. The binary inputs can automatically adapt to passive (dry contact) and active inputs, and can automatically adapt to the polarity of active inputs, working normally within the input voltage range of ±250V;

l Provides various automatic test software modules and GPS synchronization trigger test (optional), etc.;

l GPS synchronization trigger error is less than 50μS;

l Can complete various complex calibration tasks, conveniently test and scan various protection settings, and perform fault replay. It can store test data in real-time, display vector diagrams, print reports, etc.;

l The chassis structure is carefully designed, small in size, good heat dissipation, light weight, easy to carry, and convenient for mobile testing;

l The instrument has self-protection functions, adopts a reasonably designed heat dissipation structure, and has reliable and complete multiple protection measures and power soft start, as well as certain fault self-diagnosis and blocking functions.
