Product Introduction:

 GHCZQCable Safety Piercing Device is a safe remote-controlled trial piercing device used before sawing a specific cable after identifying multiple cables. It adopts non-contact control (remote control, timing) for piercing, completely solving the personal safety issues of manual cable piercing. For years, power cable operation and maintenance departments have performed cable piercing according to the requirements of Article 234 of industry standard DL409-91, using manual trial piercing of cables to be sawed. If cable identification is incorrect, mistakenly piercing a live cable can cause great harm.

The Cable Piercing Device consists of two main parts: the shooter and the controller. The shooter is a low-speed piston-type special device designed for piercing cables. Its structure is reasonable and lightweight, making installation and fixation extremely convenient, and it can be installed at any angle. The controller uses advanced electronic detection circuits, integrating real-person voice prompts with LCD display synchronization control, achieving human-machine dialogue and simple, error-free operation. The Cable Piercing Device adopts two modes: remote control and timing. When firing, personnel do not directly contact the device, ensuring personal safety. It is powered by batteries, ensuring complete isolation from the power system and ensuring power supply safety.
