SENNR series underground pipeline anti-corrosion layer detection and leak locator: anti-corrosion layer detection at a gas station of a gas group
In April 2019, at the invitation of multiple gas groups, technicians from Yangzhou Darui in Jiangsu were arranged to conduct detection of anti-corrosion layer damage points in pipelines within several gas stations. One damage point was found, providing a reference for the company's production pipelines and ensuring the safe operation of the gas stations.
The "human body capacitance method", also known as the "audio leak detection method", can effectively solve the problem that the current AC potential gradient method cannot solve - the difficulty of detecting the external anti-corrosion layer of buried pipelines on high-impedance ground surfaces. Using the SENNR human body capacitance method, the detection of damage points in the anti-corrosion layer of buried pipelines under cement and asphalt roads can be quickly and conveniently achieved.
