Switchgear Power-on Test Bench
Product Introduction:
The HSXGK-II high and low voltage switchgear power-on test bench is widely used by manufacturers of high and low voltage switchgear to conduct various power-on tests before delivery. It can provide various AC and DC power supplies, facilitating the testing of switchgear and improving work efficiency.
Product Aliases:
High and low voltage switchgear power-on test bench, switch power-on test bench, switchgear comprehensive test bench.
Product Features:
◆ Integrates multiple AC and DC power supplies, facilitating the testing of switchgear and greatly improving work efficiency.
◆ Uses independent transformers and voltage regulators to boost voltage (or current), avoiding damage to the voltage regulator.
◆ The primary components inside the box adopt well-known domestic brand products; the current, voltage, frequency and other meters used for measurement are 0.5-class digital meters, and the sensors (current and voltage transformers) are 0.5S-class.
◆ The panel adopts anodized brushed aluminum, which is wear-resistant, stain-resistant, and more aesthetically pleasing.
Product Parameters:
1. Three-phase AC 0-380V output (5A adjustable) terminal block set
2. Three-phase AC 100V output (3A, fixed value) terminal block set
3. Three-phase AC 0-10A output (6V, adjustable) terminal block set
4. Three-phase AC 380V output (fixed value) protection terminal block set
5. DC fixed voltage outputs 24V, 35V, 110V, 220V (4A) terminal block set
6. DC voltage output DC 0-250V (10A, adjustable, independent voltage regulation) terminal block set
7. AC voltage output AC 0-250V (adjustable) terminal block set

Operating Instructions:
1. Connect the input power supply AC380V
2. Connect the AC operating voltage output power line to the voltmeter
3. Check and confirm the wiring is correct, then turn on the main power switch
4. Return the voltage regulator to zero, and press the "Close" button
5. Then press the "Close" button for AC operating voltage on the panel
6. Slowly adjust the output adjustment knob to raise the voltage to the required value, and observe the voltmeter.
7. After the test, first press the "Open" button for AC operating voltage on the panel, then press the main "Open" button on the panel. Then, disconnect the main power switch
