I. Overview
The YTC1630 digitalthree-phase phase shifter is a new generation of portable electrical instrument composed of a transformer-type phase shifter, a digital phase display, voltage and current digital displays, output voltage adjustment, fine phase adjustment, and power supply units. This product organically combines transformer phase-shifting technology with digital measurement technology, featuring high phase-shift adjustment accuracy, accurate and intuitive readings, and adjustable voltage output. The unit is robust and reliable, fully sealed, and portable, making it convenient for use in the field and on-site.
II. Purpose and Scope of Application
The phase shifter can achieve phase advancement or lag at any angle within the range of 0 to 360 degrees.
This phase shifter adopts a three-phase three-limb transformer with Y0 connection. Each phase has four equal windings, cross-connected to form different angles, creating a hexagon with diagonal connections. The six sides have a total of twelve taps, i.e., twelve gears, each gear being 30 degrees, with three-phase synchronous adjustment. Fine adjustment is composed of three coaxial autotransformers and capacitors, allowing the output three-phase to be synchronously adjusted within the range of 0 to 360 degrees to ensure balanced three-phase output.
This phase shifter features easy operation, small size, low noise, and good output waveform. It can meet the testing and calibration of single-phase and three-phase AC power, phase, and other instruments with high accuracy, and can also be used in calibration devices for electricity meters.
