The DR-6000 six-phase microcomputer relay protection tester is a portable testing device used for commissioning and calibration of relay protection devices in power systems. The device adopts a microprocessor architecture and can output six-phase voltage and six-phase current, making it suitable for relay protection testing in power plants, substations, power maintenance companies, and industrial and mining enterprise distribution systems.
The tester supports setting value calibration, operating characteristic testing, and complete group transmission tests for various relays, microcomputer protection devices, and automatic devices. It features manual test and automatic test modes and can complete test items for common protection types such as distance protection, differential protection, overcurrent protection, and zero-sequence protection. The device has built-in multiple protection test templates, and users can call or customize test schemes according to on-site requirements.
AC voltage output: six-phase, 0–120V per phase, output power not less than 30VA; AC current output: six-phase, 0–30A per phase, output power not less than 300VA. Voltage and current output accuracy is 0.2 class, phase accuracy ±0.2°, frequency range 0–1000Hz. The device is equipped with 8 binary inputs and 4 binary outputs, can receive external contact signals and output test results. It adopts a 7-inch color LCD touch screen, supports USB interface and PC software online operation, facilitating data export and report generation.
The tester is suitable for daily calibration by power system relay protection teams, handover tests of newly installed protection devices, and analysis of protection action behavior after faults. Its six-phase output capability can meet the testing needs of transformer differential protection, busbar protection, and other multi-phase simultaneous output applications. The device adopts an engineering plastic chassis, weighs about 15kg, and is convenient for on-site carrying and mobile operation.
Before use, please confirm that the power supply is AC220V±10% and reliably grounded. During testing, relevant electric power safety work regulations should be followed to ensure correct wiring and matching ranges. The device has overload protection and short-circuit protection functions. When the output is abnormal, it can automatically cut off the output and prompt alarm information.
